These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CoolNest website (https://www.coolnestindia.com) and any AC service, repair, installation, shifting, gas filling or AMC booking made through it or by phone/WhatsApp. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
CoolNest provides doorstep AC service, repair, installation, shifting and gas filling across Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Service availability depends on your locality and technician schedules; we'll confirm your slot after booking.
Prices shared on calls, WhatsApp, or on-site are estimates until confirmed after inspection. Any change in scope (e.g. a part that needs replacing beyond the original request) will be communicated and approved by you before work proceeds.
Bookings can be made via the website form, phone or WhatsApp. You may reschedule or cancel a booking by contacting us before the technician is dispatched; a nominal visit charge may apply if a technician has already been assigned and travels to the location.
Repair and installation work is covered under a limited service warranty, the duration of which will be communicated at the time of service. This warranty covers workmanship and parts fitted by CoolNest; it does not cover unrelated faults, misuse, or damage caused after the service.
Please ensure safe and reasonable access to the AC unit and work area, and share accurate information about the AC brand, type and issue when booking, so we can prepare the right tools and parts.
CoolNest is not liable for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or issues arising from third-party work performed on the unit prior to our visit.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
